Be patient when buying a home in Mexico.
It takes a little time,People move at totally different pace.
We started the process in November and we close around the end of February.
what a long time. I am being proactive and checking each week with my agent.
this is my first home ever and I know there is a lot of paperwork, but in Mexico its a little different.
for example on most documents you cant simply sign and fax/email or Fedex back to Mexico, oh no.
The signature has to be almost identical to your passport.
If its not they send it back to be done again and it may be days before you are informed.
